ContextAI brings together an amalgamation of skills in the areas of business context and strategy, data extraction, analytics, AI /ML, digital customer journeys and behaviour science. Our teams are a mix of each of these skill sets. All of our projects start with the business problem. What is the desired business outcome? A new product? A new market? Increasing top line growth for an assortment? Enhancing “mean time between failure”, or “up-time” for your equipment? Or perhaps it is enhancing customer or patient experience? These are some of the problems that we have set out to solve. Once our Business and domain consultants have set the problem context, we set out to seek answers to the next question. Who is the consumer of these insights? How do they consume these insights? This is where Behaviour Science play it’s part in ensuring the consumption of these insights without the burden of behaviour biases. The Technology implementation is then a natural follow through of the context of both the business problem and the user.
